We understand that having a contented, motivated work force is the key to delivering excellence in service. To this end, we take very seriously our investment in staff training.
We currently employ over 90 permanent Cleaning Operatives and are proud of our very low staff turnover. To ensure maximum control and efficiency, 2XL Cleaning Solutions Ltd never sub-contract staff.
We have a firm commitment to paying all of our staff a reasonable hourly rate. 100% of our staff earn at least the Minimum Wage, and where possible, we pay the National Living Wage. All of our staff are directly employed by 2XL Cleaning Solutions Ltd and we never offer zero hours contracts to our staff.
English-speaking Cleaning Operatives are hired following the usual police/criminal record checks and references are obtained for all new employees. Following an initial induction, our staff benefit from ongoing training on all aspects of Health & Safety relevant to our industry.
We also offer our employees the opportunity to study free of charge for NVQ Cleaning & Support Services (Building Interiors) and, in fact, many have moved onto Level 2 and beyond.
Many of our Operatives are also trained to the Construction Skills Certification Scheme (Health & Safety) standard, enabling 2XL Cleaning Solutions Ltd to offer builders cleans, pre- and post-tenancy cleans and other one-off services.
